Indian Head Massage

Indian head massage focuses on your upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp, and face and is performed with you in a seated position resting your head on a pillow on the side of the massage couch. It uses a variety of pressure and techniques, including circular massage strokes on your scalp, deep tissue work on your shoulders, and stretching the neck. It helps increase joint mobility and flexibility in the neck and shoulders and improves blood circulation and lymphatic flow. It will free knots of muscular tension and relax connective tissue. It will also aid in the elimination of accumulated toxins and waste products.
