Zoom 1:1 Pilates

At Sano Pilates & Wellness we pride ourselves on creating a safe and comfortable space focusing on your individual needs. We aim to provide a compassionate environment helping you overcome challenges but we also want to make sure you have fun along the way! We want to make a difference and leave you feeling remarkable. All of the classes at Sano Pilates & Wellness attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.

Private 1:1 Reformer Pilates

Pilates Fun for Kids

This particular class is aimed at 4-6 year olds and bringing the family together to help teach our kids the importance of movement and exercise in our daily life. Helping create healthy habit from a young age.

Zoom Pilates

Focus on the present moment by awakening and align your body with this rejuvenating zoom Pilates session. We'll focus on strength and flexibility and you'll leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Equipment can be purchased through the website but isn't essential.  All of the classes at Sano Pilates & Wellness attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.
